A Less is More Quickie

Hello all,

I've just a quickie for your this evening, a card for this week's Less is More Challenge.

The challenge is to "combine 3 previous challenges" to make your card.  Having a quick scoot through the list, my card fits with ...

Week 2 - Flower
Week 16 - Butterfly (on the DP)
Week 19 - In the Frame
Week 49 - Predominantly Purple
Week 55 - Punches or Die Cuts
Week 56 - Don't Scrap It

I've used a scrap of DP, Stampin Up's Apothecary Stamp and Dies, Versamagic Purple Hydrangea Ink and a touch of Tattered Rose DI to colour flowers.

I'll be away in Glasgow the next couple of days to see George Michael in concert and to do a bit of retail therapy, so I'll catch up with you all when I get back.

Thanks for popping in - see you later.

Suze xx

Hi Suze
This is such a pretty card.
Have fun in Glasgow, at one time it was like a second home to me, I have such happy memories of times in Glasgow (no, not quite my mis-spent youth!!!!)

This is lovely, I don't know why but it has a very calming effect on me. Maybe it's the lovely delicate colours?
OOh George Michael, I'm jealous x

Great card Suze - and an excellent choice of challenges. Enjoy your time in Glasgow and don't let your credit card go into meltdown - there's a recession on don't you know! I was in Aberdeen last weekend - went to The Locker Room for a meal and The Monkey House later - isn't that 'ting ting' busker outside hysterical?

I love how you have used this fab. SU stamp and die - it makes a perfect focal point, and the banner is a super background layer.

Love the colours here Suze and the way everything layers so perfectly - I had to sit and think for a moment what DP stood for, how sad am I??!!
Love those flowers which travel in different directions - wonder if that's the stamp or you being very clever? Very, very pretty.
Hope you enjoyed GM and that his voice was as gorgeous as ever.
