Sewing for School Fair

Hi all,

I've been busy doing some sewing for the upcoming Summer Fayre at the local Primary School.

I bought some fun fabric and have made some colouring book holders ...

Some have crayons for younger kiddies

and some have pencils and a sharpener

and I made bookmarks from the left over bits of fabric

I'm really enjoying doing some sewing for a change and I can't wait to get on with my quilt once this Fair is past.

I'm linking my makes to Handmade Monday.

Thanks for popping in, hope you are all well!

Suze xx

Brilliant idea to have the crayons inside the holder and the bookmarks are such fun in those wonderful fabrics.
I am all for children of all ages being encouraged to read as books are such wonderful companions.
