Harvest Mouse

There's a lovely craft shop called Simply Create about an hour's drive from where I live and they're currently running a challenge to create an autumnal piece based on this colour palette:

I've made a hanging using a 5" x 7" canvas board.

Board lightly distressed with Dusty Concord
Mouse stamp is La Blanche
Felt, Bo Bunny Paper & 'fabric' paper cut with Tim Holtz Tattered Leaves Die
Leaf stamp was a Craft Stamper freebie, embossed with copper EP
Bramble (blackberry) image was from The Graphics Fairy

Thanks for visiting, hope you're all having a lovely day wherever you are.

Ghoulish Horror

The overall theme this month over at Gingersnap Creations is Edgar Allan Poe and the GC121: Chestnut Challenge is Horror Stories.

Ghoulish background was a freebie wallpaper I found on the internet.
Text is from Poe's poem, "The Bells"
Fangs are seashell beads wiped with Fired Brick Distress Stain

Thanks for looooooking!

Going Dotty

Well, I'm back from my hols, all nice and relaxed, cases not yet unpacked, but I've missed my crafty challenges so what better way to ease myself back in than with the LIM Challenge, which this week is..
POLKA DOTS

Don't have any dotty stamps so I've gone for dotty paper - not overly inspiring but my brain's still on holiday!

Sentiment cut with Tim Holtz Vintage Market die, mounted onto cream card, then die cut with a Cuttlebug puzzle die which I then mounted onto kraft.

Have a great week everyone, I'll try my best to catch up with you all (in between the loads of washing).

Blue Eyes

Shh, I am not here, we're off on holiday on Thursday and I've not so much as looked out a t-shirt!

However, I've found 5 minutes to make a teeny tiny card for the Less is More Challenge, which this week is ...
THE COLOUR OF YOUR EYES

Mine are blue ...

Card measures 3 1/4" x 4 1/4"
Stamp was a Craft Stamper freebie, Broken china & Stormy Sky DI's, Bo Bunny paper

I've not yet missed a LIM challenge but as I said we're off on hols on Thursday (sunny Malaysia). I won't be able to post but we're taking an I-pad so I can hopefully pay some of you a wee visit.

See you later!
